A collection of colourful screens with real speech to help young learners recognise and learn about 40 common animals including insects,fish, birds and mammals. The title includes labelling and spelling activites together with sorting exercises and simple classification. The exercises self correct and may be used for individual or group activities with minimal teacher supervision. The software also includes workshsheets and open ended 'write about' screens. Neither of these self correct thus they are useful as assessment opportunities.

There are four main activities - a naming activity, a tracking activity, a spelling activity and a classifying activity. The latter is divided into several sub-activities whereby animals may be sorted into smaller groups e.g. mammals, birds, insects, animals that can fly, animals with four legs and animals that live in water.
